Support the company's internal systems infrastructure, ensuring stable operation and improving quality through automation and efficiency of the on-premises environment. Proactively participate in planning infrastructure improvements and proposing future IT strategies.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience in infrastructure (server/network operations, etc.)
- Experience in operation and construction of Windows Server or Linux Server
- Ability to take initiative and drive projects with stakeholders, including internal staff and external vendors

- Experience in improving work efficiency using scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Shell) or AI

Annual salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥7,500,000. Specialized professional discretionary labor system (deemed working hours of 10 hours per day). Fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours provided.
