Must-haves
- Master's degree or higher with experience in scientific and engineering R&D
- Experience in numerical analysis and developing physics simulators using Python, Matlab
- Algorithm design ability based on mathematical and logical thinking
- Proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving
- Hands-on experimental and implementation work experience
- Ability to create and understand technical documents in English
Nice-to-haves
- Signal processing experience in radar or microwave observation
- Knowledge of satellite observation, remote sensing, meteorology, or oceanography
- Experience in data analysis using machine learning and statistical processing
