Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in hardware product development for wireless equipment
- 3+ years of experience as a development leader
- Ability to design specifications and drive projects based on technical requirements
- Skills in collaboration and coordination with external vendors and teams
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and write technical documents in English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in design and development of maritime communication equipment
- Experience in technology development in the space, defense, maritime, or communication fields
- Experience with environmental testing (thermal, vibration, EMC)
- Coordination of software interfaces
- Experience in development for mounting on satellites or aircraft
