BALLAS is seeking a Production Promotion - Equipment engineer to manage processes, delivery times, and procurement for construction DX. You will be responsible for drafting work related to equipment materials and mechanical equipment installation materials, from CAD drawings to client negotiations and process improvement.

Must-haves

3+ years of experience in client/customer support (negotiations on specifications, design, cost, delivery times)
Practical experience with a focus on delivery times and procurement based on drawings
Experience in procurement of custom-ordered products and negotiation with external partners
Experience in on-site QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) adjustments (e.g., construction/production management)

Nice-to-haves

Design experience with architectural hardware, sashes, exterior materials
Design adjustment experience at the architectural drawing level
Management experience of design teams and partner companies
