Join the chiica team as a Product Engineer to evolve a business supporting regional currencies and economic circulation using AI. You will be involved in the design, implementation, and improvement of products, contributing to the overall product development lifecycle.
Must-haves
- Experience in design, implementation, and operational improvement of web applications, mobile apps, or BtoBtoC products.
- Experience improving the maintainability, scalability, and development productivity of existing products.
- Experience making design decisions, selecting technologies, and improving architecture based on the overall system.
- Experience leading reviews and technical decisions in team development.
- Experience improving development processes using AI development support tools (understanding specifications, impact analysis, test generation, refactoring).
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different roles (PdM, designers, business teams) to advance product development.
Nice-to-haves
- Product development experience in BtoBtoC, FinTech, payments, points, or regional currencies.
- Experience designing and improving products including mobile apps.
- Experience leading teams or products technically (Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, EM, CTO).
