TrustBank is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive development organization reform. You will lead design, implementation, technical decision-making, and quality improvement for various business and product areas. This role involves improving maintainability, scalability, and development productivity, and building reproducible development processes.
Must-haves
- Experience in design, implementation, and operational improvement of web applications, mobile apps, or SaaS/BtoBtoC products.
- Experience improving the maintainability, scalability, and development productivity of existing products.
- Experience in architectural design, technology selection, and system-wide architectural improvements.
- Experience leading reviews and technical decision-making in team development.
- Experience using AI development support tools to improve development processes (understanding specifications, impact analysis, test generation, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (PdM, designers, business teams) in product development.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with BtoBtoC products, SaaS, FinTech, local government DX, or regional currency products.
- Experience designing and improving entire products including mobile apps, backend, admin panels, and operational infrastructure.
- Experience leading teams or products technically (Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, EM, CTO).
