▍Background and Expectations
Findy has numerous businesses dedicated to solving engineering challenges. While engineers are assigned to each business, we recognized the need for individuals who can drive technological and organizational strategies across the company to more powerfully realize our vision of "a world where engineers can continue to take on challenges."
Therefore, we are establishing a Development Promotion team directly under the CTO, equipped with both agility and expertise. Within this team, this position will play a role akin to a guerrilla unit, directly engaging with and working within each of our internal product teams. You will jump into teams in their early stages, those lacking personnel, or projects facing difficulties, and actively contribute to moving the situation forward.
In response to the evolution of AI, we are also actively investing in new businesses. Depending on the organization's needs, we expect you to take on the role of technical lead from the inception of new ventures through to their growth.

- To abstract technical challenges that tend to become siloed within individual businesses and create "common patterns" that can be leveraged across the organization for collective growth.
- To be agile in supporting teams in their early stages or those facing difficulties, and to rebuild situations by hands-on involvement.
▍Specific Responsibilities
You will play a role in advancing engineering from both technical and organizational perspectives across multiple internal businesses. Depending on the business phase, you will lead the organization of technical challenges, strengthening of development systems, and maximization of product value.
- Engage with product teams in their early stages, those with staffing shortages, or those facing difficulties, and rebuild situations through hands-on implementation.
- Provide ad-hoc support and lead the resolution of specific technical challenges or projects.
- Lead technology selection and architecture design in alignment with product strategy.
- Identify technical debt and development process issues, and drive improvements (including reviews and non-functional requirements).
- Abstract knowledge from individual businesses and establish "common patterns" that can be utilized across the organization.
- Collaborate with the CTO and business leaders to plan and execute technical strategy and development organizational strategy.
- Provide technical leadership and establish initial organizational structures for new business development.

▼Required Skills/Experience
- 5+ years of practical experience in web service development.
- Experience leading application design and implementation using languages such as Ruby, Go, TypeScript, Java, or Kotlin.
- Experience in a technical leadership (Tech Lead equivalent) or EM-like role within a multi-person team.
- Experience in independently identifying and driving improvements for technical debt and development process issues.
▼Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience leading architecture design (layer design, data modeling, or non-functional requirements design).
- Experience making technical decisions based on business context in collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, and the Business side.
- Experience abstracting challenges and translating them into reproducible "patterns" or mechanisms.
- Experience in technical support across multiple products/businesses, or in establishing technical organizations.
- Product development experience in either the 0 to 1 or 10 to 100 phase.
- Experience leading foundational improvements such as CI/CD, automated testing, SRE, or architecture overhauls.
- Practical experience in improving development processes and productivity using Generative AI.
- Track record of external contributions (presentations, blogs, OSS contributions, etc.).
