This role focuses on the End-to-End development of autonomous driving models, incorporating foundation models like LLMs and VLMs, moving beyond traditional approaches. You will work on cutting-edge AI for real-world applications.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or equivalent
- Experience in model development using Deep Learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Software development experience using Python, C++
- Ability to independently drive tasks from research to deployment in uncertain environments
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing autonomous driving systems or mobile robot navigation
- Knowledge and experience in NLP/LLMs (Transformer, multimodal learning)
- Development and fine-tuning experience with Vision-Language Models (CLIP, LLaVA, GPT-4V)
- Experience in edge device optimization (quantization, TensorRT)
- Publication record at top conferences or high Kaggle rankings

Work style
On-site, 5 days a week in principle. Location: Tokyo Ryutsu Center Building A, Ota-ku, Tokyo. Discretionary labor system or flextime (core hours 11:00-14:00).

Salary: 10,000,000 JPY - 20,000,000 JPY. Employment type: Full-time employee or contract worker. Probationary period: 3 months.
