We are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Engineer to drive the growth of our proprietary B2B services, including "Super Delivery", "Paid", and "URIHO". You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from planning and proposal to front-end and back-end development, contributing to better services for users and the business.
Must-haves
- Minimum 2-3 years of practical web system development experience
- Backend development experience (languages like Java, Ruby, etc. are acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of RDB design and usage
- Experience with self-study or personal development outside of work
Nice-to-haves
- Modern front-end development experience with Vue.js, Next.js, React, etc.
- Experience building REST APIs with Java (Spring) or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with code reviews and mentoring junior engineers
- Experience proposing improvements from a developer's perspective and executing measures based on data analysis (e.g., GA4)
- Knowledge/interest in cloud environments (AWS) and infrastructure (Docker/Linux)

Work style
Hybrid work: Primarily in-office for the first 6 months, then 3 days/week in-office with remote work possible. Flexible core hours (10:00-15:00). Location: Tokyo.
Other notes
Salary: Monthly 334,000 - 500,000 JPY. Annual salary 5,000,000 - 7,500,000 JPY. Bonus twice a year (1.5 months' salary each). Probationary period: 3 months (no change in conditions).
