The Corporate Systems Department is seeking engineers to enhance internal IT systems and promote IT utilization and standardization across the company. Flex-time with core hours 10:00-16:00 (10:00-15:30 on all-company meeting days). Standard 8-hour workday. Overtime averages 20 hours/month. Locations: Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka.
Salary range: ¥610,000 - ¥950,000 per month. Annual salary: ¥8,780,000 - ¥13,870,000. Bonus twice a year, salary increase once a year. Commuting allowance provided up to ¥5,000/day or ¥100,000/month. Employee stock ownership plan available.
