Must-haves

2+ years of experience designing, building, and operating common infrastructure used by multiple products/teams in production (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS, Cloud Run, custom platforms).
Experience managing production infrastructure with IaC (e.g., Terraform).
Experience making abstraction decisions considering developer cognitive load and trade-offs.
Experience designing and operating infrastructure on AWS or GCP.

Nice-to-haves

Experience operating Kubernetes with an understanding of its internal workings (Pod/Node lifecycle, scheduling, Controller pattern).
Experience designing and implementing security considerations (IRSA, NetworkPolicy, audit logs).
Practical experience in SRE or FinOps.
