Seeking a Product Manager to lead the AI-driven growth of 'Contract One', a service with over 1 billion yen in ARR. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to release and analysis.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning, or Service Planning for SaaS or web products.
- Ability to identify core issues from data analysis and user feedback, prioritize, and implement them into the product.
- Understanding of contract management or contract-related tasks (legal/contract review), or willingness to learn.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using generative AI tools for validation.
- Experience in product management for SaaS/web products.
- Experience planning/designing products or features using generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents.
- Experience with client work such as proposals, sales material creation, and PoC support.
- Experience in product launch (0 to 1) or working with complex business domains.
- Experience in product management or leading global teams in English.
