As a Staff Engineer, you will lead technical decision-making for this new platform, which aims to adapt to a future where job seekers choose companies. You will be involved in all aspects from design to development and operation.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of professional development experience in Ruby on Rails and/or TypeScript
- Experience in upstream development phases like requirements definition
- Experience developing with AI
- Experience developing with unit tests
- Experience in multi-person team development using Git
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing for consumer-facing products (toC)
- Experience leading consensus building among multiple stakeholders
- Experience publishing technical blogs or giving presentations

Other notes
Salary: 10,000,000 JPY - 15,000,000 JPY per year. Six-month probationary period as a fixed-term employee.
