SALESCORE is seeking its first SRE to build and lead the technical governance for product reliability and security. This role is crucial due to expanding enterprise client needs for security reviews and production environment controls. You will establish these foundations from scratch, collaborating across departments.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of production environment design experience on AWS or GCP
- Experience with IaC (Terraform/CDK) for configuration management or security scanning in CI
- Experience leading production incidents or security incidents through to post-mortem
- Experience explaining technical details to external parties, such as security questionnaires and audits
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a BtoB SaaS company developing its own product
- Experience implementing multi-tenant isolation
- Experience with SSO/SCIM implementation
- Experience managing vulnerability SLAs
- Experience with third-party certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISMAP)
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, GCP Cloud Security Engineer, Information Security Engineer)

Annual salary: ¥7,000,000 - ¥14,000,000. Probationary period: 3 months (no change in conditions).
