ABEJA is seeking a Data Scientist to deliver end-to-end customer value, from business definition to commercial implementation. You will leverage data science techniques like machine learning and LLMs to solve business challenges, working closely with business and engineering teams. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, mentor team members, and contribute to impactful, large-scale initiatives.
Must-haves
- Experience in machine learning modeling (LLM, NLP, image processing, structured data, etc.)
- End-to-end experience from requirements definition to model evaluation
- Development experience using cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Team development experience with Git/Docker
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in client negotiation and problem-solving (requirements definition)
- Deep experience with LLMs (training, local LLM inference)
- Experience with statistical analysis/causal inference, mathematical optimization
- MLOps environment construction/operation experience
- Experience with distributed processing (Spark, etc.)
- Comfortable with basic English communication (chat/conversation)
