Must-haves

- Ability to take responsibility for design, quality assurance, and decision-making while delegating implementation to AI.

- Development experience using Go, gRPC, PostgreSQL.
- Web frontend development experience using React/TypeScript.
- Mobile app development experience using Flutter.
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design or Clean Architecture.
- Experience implementing E2E tests for web applications.
- Experience organizing technical challenges and driving them from design to implementation and operation.
