Join a new in-house development team as a core member to design and develop digital address services for users and businesses. You will drive business growth through technology, identify issues from a user experience and business growth perspective, and proactively propose and implement improvements in collaboration with product managers and designers. You will also be involved in technology selection and development process improvements.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience in web application development (including backend/API)
- Practical experience using generative AI for software development
- System development experience using RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Team development experience using Git and contributing to quality improvement through code reviews
- Experience independently identifying issues and driving definition, design, implementation, and testing beyond just implementing specifications
Nice-to-haves
- System construction/operation experience using AWS
- Development experience with microservice architecture
- Experience launching new services from scratch, with experience in both B2C and B2B development
- Tech lead or development team building experience
- Development experience in areas such as address data, geographic information, logistics, real estate, or government systems
- Experience using generative AI to improve development productivity or quality
- Development experience using React/TypeScript, Express/TypeScript, or Kotlin
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive projects

Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥8,000,000. Full-time employee. 6-month probation period.
