Must-haves
- Experience in issue management, project progress management, or test progress management.
- No aversion to machinery or robots; proactive attitude towards handling and verification.
- Willingness to learn and engage in IT-related work.
- Ability to understand customer intentions, organize key points, and communicate smoothly.
- Valid driver's license.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher.
Nice-to-haves
- Business-level Chinese proficiency or higher.
- Experience handling robots, machinery, or IoT devices.
- Customer negotiation or on-site support experience.
- Experience in testing or quality control.
Work style
Primarily on-site attendance in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. Work hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Other notes
Salary: 5.02 to 6.53 million JPY annually. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime. Bonus provided twice a year. Probationary period of 3 months.
