Must-haves

- Experience in architecture discussions and technology selection
- Experience proposing and establishing design guidelines and best practices for large-scale product development
- System design experience using Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Experience designing and operating microservices or distributed systems
- Knowledge/experience in improving legacy code and performance tuning
- Development/operation experience using cloud services like AWS/GCP

Other notes
Annual salary range: 6,500,000 JPY - 8,800,000 JPY. Bonus twice a year (performance-based).
