Lead the creation of a highly productive, slim 30-person organization using cutting-edge AI for the in-house development of a core system. This role involves technical judgment and optimizing the development structure, focusing on cost-effectiveness and in-house development areas.
Must-haves
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (no specific degree required)
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency
- 5+ years of team development experience
- Experience in designing, implementing, and leading the SDLC of web applications/systems
- Experience leading architecture design, technology selection, and code reviews
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners and business departments to translate requirements into technical requirements for product release and improvement
- Must not be solely a management/coordination role without implementation experience
- Must not be focused only on progress management without technical decision-making or quality involvement
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as an EM/Development Manager responsible for hiring, training, evaluation, and organizational design
- Experience leading legacy system replacements or core system refactoring
- Experience leading the transition from a vendor-centric to an in-house development体制
- Practical experience in improving development productivity using generative AI

Work style

Location: Tokyo HQ (Shinagawa Intercity C Building 8F), with the possibility of working at any of the company's nationwide locations.
Other notes
Annual salary: 13,000,000 JPY - 22,000,000 JPY. Base monthly salary starts from 899,167 JPY. Bonus twice a year (June, December), approximately 17% of annual salary (approx. 2.5 months' worth). Retirement benefit available for employees with 2+ years of service.
