Lead the development of Askul's critical "Transportation System" for EC services like ASKUL and LOHACO. Your mission is to maximize logistics efficiency and quality through system development, covering everything from cargo tracking to route optimization.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of web application development experience
- 5+ years of development experience with Java (version 8+) or Kotlin
- Experience in system development from the upstream process (requirements definition, basic design)
- Leadership or management experience in development projects
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing/developing with AWS
- Experience with microservices architecture or understanding of Domain-Driven Design
- Experience designing, developing, and tuning RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience leading technology selection and design guidelines as an architect or technical lead
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Experience transforming systems using AI technologies (LLM, machine learning, etc.)

Other notes
Annual salary: ¥5,500,000 - ¥10,000,000. Bonus twice a year based on performance. Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay per month.
