LIFULL is seeking an AI Utilization Platform Engineer to build and operate the AI utilization platform for the entire group. This role is crucial for accelerating AI adoption and achieving non-continuous productivity improvements.
Must-haves
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web application development.
- Experience in AI product development.
- Experience in technology selection and system development considering business requirements and maintainability.
- Leadership experience in teams or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Organizational management experience (including performance evaluation).
- Experience building platform/infrastructure systems.
- Experience building internal systems from scratch (0 to 1).
- Experience building or operating products/internal systems using LLM APIs.
- Experience building or operating RAG systems.
- Experience implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Development experience in Python or JavaScript.
- Data pipeline design experience.

Other notes
Salary: Monthly 833,400 - 1,250,100 JPY (Annual 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 JPY). No bonus as it's an annual salary system. Probation period: 3 months with no change in conditions.
