- PhD in Information Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Acceptance at top CS/ML conferences
- Research achievements in foundation model topics (pre-training, SFT, RL, Agent, etc.)
- Experience with multi-node distributed training (FSDP, DeepSpeed, Megatron)
- Experience in industry-academia collaboration or national projects
