Bilcom is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of their B2B SaaS product, "PR Analyzer®". You will be involved in the entire testing process, from planning to reporting, focusing on new and existing feature development within a Scrum-based environment.

Must-haves

Experience in planning and executing system tests for web services, OR experience in a quality control department.
Experience reporting defects and improvement suggestions.
Experience conducting exploratory testing.
Experience working collaboratively with a team to advance projects.

Nice-to-haves

Experience in team-based QA work.
Agile development experience.
Interest in Public Relations (PR) and Marketing.

Work style

Hybrid: Remote work is allowed except for Tuesdays and Fridays. Tuesdays are for development team meetings and team communication. Location: Roppongi, Tokyo.

Other notes

Salary: 4,500,000 JPY - 8,000,000 JPY (may vary based on experience). Flextime system with core hours. Probationary period of 3 months.
