EXPLAZA is seeking an AI-first Project Manager Lead to manage complex IT projects for major enterprise companies. This role involves delving into requirements, coordinating diverse teams, and evolving project promotion using AI tools.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of PjM/PMO experience in IT consulting, SIer, or corporate IT
- Lead experience from requirements definition to release
- PM/Deputy PM/PMO lead experience in complex business application projects
- Vendor control experience (multiple vendors)
- Direct negotiation and consensus-building experience with managers
- Basic understanding of system development processes
- Experience using generative AI (ChatGPT, etc.)
Nice-to-haves
- PMO/PjM experience in large-scale projects (budget > 100M JPY)
- Project promotion experience with major companies
- Participation experience in DX promotion/business reform projects
- RFP response and proposal experience
- PMP/IT Strategist certifications
- Experience with Jira/Backlog/Notion
- Practical experience in business improvement using AI/automation

Other notes
Annual salary: 11,000,000 JPY - 16,000,000 JPY. Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours. Salary increases twice a year. Probationary period: 3 months. Learning support: up to 50,000 JPY/month for self-improvement (AI-related). Communication support: Team Building Lunch.
