As the Manager of Engineering, you will be the operational technical lead for all BMS projects in Thailand. You will be responsible for technical execution, team capability, and operational clarity, ensuring projects are delivered to specification, on schedule, and to the highest standard. This role focuses on technical leadership and team development, not customer-facing sales.
Must-haves
- Proven experience managing full-lifecycle BMS construction projects
- Experience managing a team of 10+ engineers
- HVAC design or site management experience
- Work experience outside Thailand or management role in a multinational company's Thai branch
- High professional proficiency in English (reporting, coordination, documentation)
- High professional proficiency in Thai (team management, local operations)
- Must work on-site
Nice-to-haves
- BMS system planning and design experience
- Niagara framework development experience
- Network design and administration experience
- Wireless network design and deployment experience
- IoT device development or operations experience
- Experience in subcontractor selection and performance evaluation
- Experience building standardized processes for construction management projects
- Experience working at or managing projects for Japanese companies
- Experience launching a construction management team or subsidiary from the ground up
- P&L management experience at company or business unit level
Work style
On-site, Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00, Bangkok, Thailand. Requires high professional proficiency in Thai for local operations.
Other notes
Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 THB/month. Includes transportation allowance and time attendance allowance. Probation period: 3 months. Bonus depending on performance. Annual salary increases. Social Security Fund. Annual paid leave. Sick Leave. Provident Fund and Health Insurance planned.
