You will be responsible for both technical guidance and team management, aiming to expand the team from 2 to 15 engineers within three years. Hybrid work in Tokyo. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are in-office days; Tuesdays and Thursdays can be chosen between in-office or remote. Flexible working hours with core hours from 9:45 to 15:00.
Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥15,000,000. Stock options available. Relocation assistance (rent subsidy and moving expenses) for those living within 2km of the office or moving within that radius.
