Seeking a UI/UX Designer to create value for an in-house SaaS product, "TAILOR WORKS," used by large enterprise clients. You will deeply understand user challenges and deliver high-value product experiences by collaborating closely with Product Managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience in UI/UX design for web services or web applications.
- Practical experience in building and operating design systems using tools like Figma.
- Ability to explain and propose design intentions and backgrounds to multiple stakeholders (PdM, engineers, etc.) and reach consensus.
- Practical experience in UI design and prototyping using Figma or similar tools.
- Must have hands-on UI/UX design experience within the last year.
- Ability to conduct specification adjustments and technical discussions in Japanese.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing BtoB SaaS or in-house products.
- Experience designing new businesses or products (0 to 1 phase).
- Experience in user research or user interviews.
- Experience designing in an Agile (iterative development) environment.
