As a core member of the application development team, you will lead design and implementation for social infrastructure projects using AI optimization. This role involves deep engagement with AI algorithm implementation and data analysis, allowing you to build a rare skill set as an "Application Engineer x AI Specialist."
Must-haves
- 5+ years of practical web development experience (understanding of design to operation)
- Understanding of development and operation in cloud environments like AWS
- Experience with team development using Git (standard flows like code reviews)
- Communication skills to collaborate smoothly with other roles (PM, DS, etc.)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a team leader or managing project progress
- Experience in task adjustment and stabilizing delivery based on team members' situations
- Experience supporting consensus building within a team for technology selection and specification review
- Proposal skills from a technical perspective and coordination with clients and stakeholders

Annual salary: ¥7,000,000 - ¥13,000,000. Bonus twice a year. No fixed term of employment.
