We are seeking a Tech Lead/Engineering Manager candidate to drive technological innovation during a period of rapid growth. You will lead multi-product development, including our e-gift SaaS 'AnyGift' and AI business, aiming to maximize business value at high speed.
Onsite in Tokyo, Japan. Standard working hours are 10:00-19:00 with a 1-hour break. Overtime is approximately 20 hours per month.
Salary range: Monthly base salary ¥500,000 - ¥1,000,000 (Annual salary ¥7,000,000 - ¥12,000,000). Includes a 3-month probation period with the same conditions. Commuting and business travel expenses are fully covered. Housing allowance available (with regulations). Social insurance is provided. Smoking areas are available within the building.
