MonotaRO is seeking an Analytics Engineer to establish and lead a new Analytics Engineering Group. This role will focus on building and operating data products and platforms to support data-driven decision-making across the company, contributing to business growth.
Must-haves
- System development experience using programming languages
- Strong interest in data management
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (RedShift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.) and BI tools
- Interest in changing organizational systems
Nice-to-haves
- Cloud DWH operational experience
- DWH/BI tool construction and operational experience
- Experience with Looker or dbt
- Experience improving business operations using data analysis, machine learning, or generative AI
- Knowledge of and interest in distributed data management concepts like data mesh

Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. 3-month probation period with no change in salary or benefits.
