Our company is developing a new business that solves the labor shortage in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) using AI x BPO, with the vision of "The world will be a better place if we change the system." In this position, you will lead product development that innovatively streamlines the back-office operations of SMEs by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, primarily LLMs. Specifically, this position emphasizes rapid product development. In today's era where coding time has been shortened, the preceding stages of requirements definition and specification determination take relatively more time. We aim to solve this by having engineers directly involved in these processes. In this sense, we call this role a Forward Deployed Engineer.
■Main Responsibilities
1. Product Development
Engage deeply in areas equivalent to a former Product Manager, interact directly with customers(*), and have decision-making authority for requirements definition and specifications. Then, independently complete the product or feature as a solution, from design to implementation and deployment.

Project management for call systems, SFA/CRM systems.
Planning and development of new features by combining existing data assets with AI technology.
Promotion of product development using agile development methodologies.

Support for engineer career development and skill enhancement.
Strengthening collaboration with other departments (Business, BPO Operations).

▼Required Skills/Experience
<Experience>
- Over 7 years of practical experience as an engineer.
- Experience in product development from 0 to 1 phase.
- Practical experience in web application development.
- Experience in individual product development (up to public release) or experience making decisions on requirements definition and specification determination at a company.
<Abilities>
- Development experience with modern technology stacks (e.g., Ruby/Rails, React, AWS, etc.).
- Adaptability to new technologies and ability to select technologies.
- Ability to read technical documentation in English.
- Proficiency in basic development tools such as GitHub, Slack, etc.

- Development experience in B2B SaaS or BPO industry.
