You will be deeply involved in the product's actual operations, identifying issues from user feedback and usage data, and translating them into improvement proposals and feature planning.

Must-haves

Experience in operating CRM/MA tools or marketing operations, with basic SQL data extraction skills (able to combine multiple conditions).
Experience in organizing business issues and proposing improvements based on understanding of system structures like database structures or API integrations (marketing knowledge can be learned after joining).
Must work onsite in Tokyo.
