Nature is seeking a Backend Engineer to develop and operate the server-side of their Nature Remo product. With over 450,000 IoT devices connected, the company is growing rapidly and aims to surpass 1 million devices. You will contribute to adding connected devices, developing new features, and stabilizing the system.
Remote or Office (Yokohama). Full remote possible, but ability to come to the office for collaboration is expected. Flextime system (5:00 AM - 10:00 PM). Company gathering day approx. once a month.
Annual salary: ¥6,200,000 - ¥12,000,000 (based on experience). Includes overtime pay for 45 hours/month. Probationary period: 3 months.
