This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment and development of new graduate engineers. You will collaborate with the talent acquisition team and field engineers to plan and execute recruitment strategies, design training programs, and contribute to external outreach.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of practical development experience as an engineer (guideline)
- Practical knowledge of software engineering (sufficient to discuss recruitment standards, training design, and technical matters with field engineers)
- Ability to self-investigate, analyze, and propose/drive solutions even in areas with unclear issues
- Experience in planning and executing projects by engaging and involving others across teams and projects
- Communication, documentation, and negotiation skills to engage diverse stakeholders (internal engineers, recruiters, external students, universities)
- Applied knowledge and skills in Generative AI
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing in-house services
- People management skills
- Experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead with mentoring and technical guidance
- Experience in recruitment planning, organizational development, or defining talent requirements
- Experience planning and operating new graduate recruitment or training programs
- Skills in candidate assessment based on interview or selection process design experience
- Track record of technical communication and recruitment PR content creation through tech blogs, SNS, or event presentations
- Experience launching or operating study groups, technical communities, or student communities
