Seeking an AI-Driven Development Consultant/Engineer to support companies in their development transformation using AI-Driven Development (AI-SDLC). The role involves strategic consulting and engineering to maximize customer business value by leveraging advanced expertise and global case studies.
Must-haves
- General software development skills or practical experience
- Experience with AI-driven development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Experience in modern software service development (frontend, backend, platform, MSA)
- Experience with Context Engineering (VectorDB, GraphDB)
- Motivation to drive corporate transformation with cutting-edge technology
- Willingness to challenge a wide range of areas from strategy to execution
- Logical thinking and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Business-level Japanese proficiency

- Design and development of AI agent systems
