LayerX is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Associate) to join their new Ai Workforce business unit. This role involves deeply integrating their generative AI platform, "Ai Workforce," into enterprise clients' operations to improve productivity. You will work closely with senior members and clients to design and implement AI solutions.
Must-haves
- Deep understanding and interest in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI/LLM.
- Experience making decisions quickly and thoroughly in uncertain situations.
- Experience and skills in leading product adoption through positive communication in technically uncertain environments.
- Experience and skills in simplifying complex problems and implementing solutions.
- Proactive attitude towards trying LLM-based products.
- Japanese communication skills (Native level-like fluency).
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience with Python or TypeScript.
