You will be a core member rebuilding the sustainable operation base by dismantling legacy systems, developing internal tools, and automating processes using AI. Onsite in Tokyo (Harajuku/Meiji Jingu Mae). Discretionary labor system.
Salary: 6,000,000 - 7,800,000 JPY/year. Annual salary system (paid in 12 monthly installments). Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime allowance per month. No fixed term of employment. 3-month probation period (no change in conditions). Salary increases twice a year. Performance-based bonus possible.
