We are seeking an iOS Engineer to contribute to the growth of the business chat app "Chatwork". You will be involved in feature development and improving the development environment, addressing technical challenges in a rapidly evolving application used by over 990,000 companies.
Must-haves
- Experience with AI integration in editors/IDEs for code completion/generation
- Understanding of Generative AI and prompt improvement
- iOS/iPadOS app development experience (Swift)
- Experience designing and selecting iOS/iPadOS app architectures
- Experience designing/implementing UIs with a focus on user experience
- Team development experience
- Ability to keep up with new technologies announced at WWDC
Nice-to-haves
- Deep knowledge of iOS/iPadOS frameworks
- Experience developing iOS apps for services with large user bases

Work style
Hybrid work, with 1 day to 1 day per month in the office. Core time is 10:00-16:00, with no set core time.
Other notes
Annual salary: ¥6,500,000 - ¥12,000,000. Probation period: 3 months. Overtime is expected (approx. 25 hours/month, with overtime allowance).
