Kubell is seeking AI Product Managers (PdMs) to plan and design AI features for their core business, Chatwork, and their BPaaS offerings. This role offers flexibility to align with your specific aspirations and skills within the growing company.
Must-haves
- B2B Product Management experience (5+ years)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and making decisions in ambiguous situations
- Basic understanding of Generative AI/LLM (RAG/Embedding/LLM API, limitations, risks)
- Experience taking responsibility for product adoption, results, and operational improvement
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing and operating BPaaS / BPO / business outsourcing as a product
- Experience in AI feature evaluation design, guardrail design, and Human-in-the-Loop design
- Product experience with significant external collaboration (enterprise clients, professional services, external partners)
- Ability to quickly grasp English research papers/literature and global AI trends

Work style
Hybrid work is possible. Product roles require one day of office attendance per month. Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo. Flextime system with no core hours (main time 10:00-16:00).
