Bitkey is seeking a Corporate Engineer to strengthen their IT department and support business growth. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating internal back-office and middle-office systems for the entire group. The role offers flexibility in specializing in a particular area or expanding across multiple domains based on your career vision.
Must-haves
- Minimum 5 years of system development experience (language not specified)
- Experience in Web application development with TypeScript
- Experience in building/operating management accounting systems using RDB, ETL, SQL, or BI tools
- Ability to write and execute standard SQL commands
Nice-to-haves
- Experience introducing, developing, or operating core business systems
- Experience designing, building, and operating web applications (environment/language not specified)
- Experience designing/building management accounting systems using SQL (platform agnostic)

Work style
Hybrid work (4+ days in office per week) at Tokyo HQ. Flexible working hours with core hours from 11:00 to 16:00. Remote work is available.

Annual salary: 6,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY (based on experience and abilities). Salary revisions twice a year. Publicly disclosed internal evaluation system.
