PKSHA is seeking a Tech Lead to technically lead the development of their AI SaaS product, PKSHA Speech Insight, and grow the engineering organization. You will initially be hands-on as a developer, gaining deep understanding, and gradually expand into team leadership and organizational building.
Hybrid work model with remote work and office presence (at least 1 day per week in the office). Location: Hongo TK Building, 1-28-10 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.
Annual salary: ¥9,000,000 - ¥13,000,000.
