We are seeking a Software Architect (Lead) to design and lead the development of a common platform that will serve as the core for our multi-product strategy. This role is crucial for evolving our monolithic system into independent resource servers, supporting new product initiatives.
Must-haves
- Experience in modernizing/re-architecting large-scale web services.
- Technical lead experience in realizing such projects.
- Experience leading projects from requirements definition to cross-team promotion.
- Ability to make design decisions independently and explain them to stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a Staff Engineer, Architect, or Tech Lead.
- Experience designing/operating common platforms in a multi-product environment.
- Experience with authentication/authorization infrastructure (OIDC/OAuth 2.0/SAML/SCIM).
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders including legal, security, and compliance.
- Experience using generative AI in development and interest in system design with AI agents.

Other notes
Salary range: 14,000,000 JPY - 20,000,000 JPY per year. Includes semi-annual bonuses. Full-time employee position with a 3-month trial period.
