Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in native Android app development using Kotlin
- Experience in declarative UI development using Jetpack Compose
- Experience leading technology selection and architecture design
- Experience in component division, modularization, and implementing highly maintainable designs in large-scale applications
- Experience participating in all stages of product value delivery
- Ability to demonstrate leadership in team development, including quality control through code reviews and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers
- Agile communication skills
- Willingness to step into other domains for product optimization
Nice-to-haves
- Understanding of and enthusiasm for multi-platform development
- Practical experience in areas other than Android (iOS/server-side, etc.)
- Practical experience in backend development (Go, Ruby, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of modern development methodologies
