As an Analytics Engineer for the HR Company, you will be responsible for both "problem-solving through data analysis" and "building a reliable data infrastructure" to accelerate business and product growth. Your mission is to create data synergy across the Kakaku.com Group by leveraging data from "Kyujin Box" and "Engage".
【Specific Responsibilities】
- Design and formulate KPIs and management metrics, identify business challenges, and conduct analysis to solve them.
- Design, implement, and automate ELT/ETL pipelines using BigQuery, Databricks, etc.
- Design, build, and operate data models and data marts.
- Build dashboards and manage the performance of initiatives (using Looker Studio / Tableau / Redash, etc.).
- Conduct hypothesis testing, measure effectiveness, and propose next actions using statistical methods.
- Monitor data quality, implement tests, and design alerts.
- Participate in the design and operation of DWH architecture and data lakehouses.
- Support analysis through collaboration with Analytics Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Formulate and promote data governance.
- Contribute opinions and build consensus on the team's technical direction.
- Support task organization and priority adjustment for team members.
- Conduct code reviews and support skill development for team members.

- Month 1:
- Understand the business model and data infrastructure of the assigned services.
- Grasp existing analysis projects and data pipelines.
- Build relationships with team members.
- Month 2 onwards:
- Take charge of new projects (starting with small-scale ones).
- Share knowledge within the team and mentor/guide members.
- Month 3 onwards:
- Lead the organization and proposal of technical challenges as a core member of the team, and lead member development and reviews.

- 3+ years of practical experience in data extraction, processing, and aggregation using SQL.
- 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating DWH and data marts.
- Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
- Team or project lead experience (with 2-3 or more members).
- 3+ years of practical experience in building dashboards and visualization using BI tools (Looker Studio / Tableau / Redash, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of statistics and knowledge of designing and analyzing business metrics (KPIs, etc.).

- Experience in data analysis and infrastructure construction using DWH on GCP/AWS (BigQuery / Redshift, etc.).
