Join the SRE team to optimize the reliability, scalability, and development productivity of a multi-product system, including the flagship "Motivation Cloud" platform. You will help evolve the development infrastructure by adopting new technologies and balancing stable operations with development speed.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of AWS infrastructure construction and operation experience, OR 5+ years of experience in other cloud environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.).
- Practical experience in improving reliability (monitoring, incident response, performance improvement).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SLI/SLO design, incident response, and post-mortem operations.
- Experience building monitoring systems (Datadog/Sentry).
- Experience setting up CI/CD environments.
- Experience in efficiency improvement utilizing AI and automation tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, etc.).

Hybrid work style: 3 days remote, 2 days in office. Work location: Kabukiza Tower 15F, 4-12-15 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
Other notes
Estimated Annual Salary: 6.5 million - 8 million JPY. Includes fixed overtime pay. Salary review twice a year. Bonuses four times a year.
