As a founding member of hokan's new AI-BPO/BPaaS business, you will lead the planning, development, and promotion of an operational support product for insurance agencies. Your mission is to design new operational processes where AI and humans collaborate, building a reproducible and scalable product.
Full flextime (8 hours of work between 5:00 AM and 11:59 PM, in principle) in Tokyo. Overtime work is expected (Average 20 hours per month).
Monthly salary: ¥660,000 - ¥1,000,000. Annual salary: ¥8.0 - ¥12.0 million. 3-month probationary period. No smoking within the premises.
