Must-haves
- Approximately 5+ years of practical experience as a QA Engineer
- Experience formulating and operating test strategies
- Experience involved in release decision-making
- Experience overseeing quality across multiple products or features
- Experience promoting quality improvement in collaboration with Development and PM
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in introducing and operating test automation
- Knowledge of E2E / API / UI testing
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience designing quality metrics (KPIs) and reporting to management
- Experience in establishing and internalizing a QA team
- QA experience with SaaS / Web services
