CBcloud is seeking a Product Engineer (Lead Level) to evolve their logistics platform, PickGo, into a comprehensive logistics infrastructure. You will be involved in planning and development, contributing to a user-centric approach and societal impact.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in development related to key service metrics and contributing to numerical goals.
- 3+ years of combined experience in backend (Ruby on Rails), frontend (TypeScript, Next.js, Vue.js), or mobile (iOS native, Android native, Flutter) languages.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Tokyo or Okinawa, with a hybrid option available (2 days remote/week).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience driving product KPIs and business results in a specific domain.
- Experience developing and operating large-scale products.
- 3-5 years of management experience.

Work style

Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥8,670,000. Probationary period: 3 months (no change in conditions).
