We aim to maximize customer value by holistically managing these two powerful tools. 【Background of Recruitment】 In addition to the stable growth of our existing business, which boasts 10 million MAU, Tech-Touch is entering a phase where new products like "Tech-Touch AI Hub" and "AI Central" are beginning to be accepted by the market, targeting 2026. Our team is in the process of evolving from an SRE for a single product to a platform organization supporting "multi-product, multi-cloud, and multi-AI models." Currently, the Division Head also serves as the EM, but we are seeking a leader (manager candidate) to guide the team through this technically challenging transitional period, balancing engineer growth with business growth. 【Mission for Manager Candidates】 While initially hands-on, we expect a shift to the following management responsibilities in the mid to long term. You will also be involved in defining the role of a manager itself. We envision a player-manager role, but we also welcome those who aspire to a role closer to management, such as a VPoE, focusing on organizational and people management. 1. Organizational Management and Engineer Growth Support * People management for SRE team members (1on1s, career support, evaluations). * Redefining the structure and roles of the SRE team as needed. 2. Formulation and Decision-Making of Technical Strategy * Developing the infrastructure and SRE roadmap based on business plans. * Making technical selection decisions for multi-AI model foundations and security governance. 3. Consensus Building with Stakeholders * Collaborating with PdMs and product teams to define SLOs and balance reliability with delivery speed. * Coordinating to translate advanced requirements specific to enterprise customers into generalizable architectures. 【Main Responsibilities of the Team】 You will be responsible for security, reliability, and cost optimization across web applications, cloud infrastructure, and build/development environments.
